The Beer Cafe approached FlatPackCo with a familiar but exacting challenge: a brand-new Mumbai outlet needed to be ready to trade in under three weeks — without compromising the signature industrial-meets-warm aesthetic that defines their customer experience.
Every element, from the back-bar millwork and communal high tables to the suspended baffle ceilings and illuminated façade signage, was fabricated simultaneously in our controlled workshop environment. On-site, our assembly team worked in parallel with services contractors, compressing what would have been a 12-week traditional build into an 18-day sprint.
The result is a space that feels both unmistakably Beer Cafe and uniquely Mumbai — and that opened on the date the client's marketing campaign had already promised.
